* Handover packs include any documents you provide when you submit the job to us, plus G98/G99 Commissioning**, MCS Certificate, Building Regulations, IBG, PV Array, Job Sheet, Claim of Conformity, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Datasheets, Manuals & Warranties (Where available). Handover packs are provided via a download link which will be e-mailed to you upon completion.
NOTE: Fees payable directly to third parties such as MCS, NAPIT, HIES etc... are not included in the cost of the pack. We can cover the cost for these services when we process the relevant application and documents, e.g. £30+VAT to MCS for a certificate, which will then be itemised for you to repay when you are invoiced for our service. This ensures a friction-free process for our customers.
** Commissioning is included in the cost of the handover pack if it is able to be completed at the same time as the handover pack. For G99 systems to be commissioned as part of the handover pack we need a DNO Approval Letter or DNO Reference Number for the approved G99 system, which needs to match the system that has been installed. If we have to commission the system as a separate job due to missing or incorrect information, this will be charged at our standard rate for commissioning.
NOTE: It is essential for us to receive the correct kit and customer details for each job submission. If you provide the incorrect kit and/or incorrect customer information and wish to change this after we have completed the job, you may be charged up to the full price of that job for us to re-process it. The cost will be dependent on the amount of documents that need to be re-produced and re-distributed.
